The 100 Greatest in all their glory. May 9, 2007

National Gerographic has made a list of the 100 Greatest Adventure Books of all time. The list includs such names as Apsley Cherry, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Edward Abbey, Fridtjof Nansen, Mark Twain, Thor Heyerdahl. I was very surprised to see I have only read 12 of the top 100 and what is more I have never heard about some of this books.
So… “We have an unknown distance yet to run, an unknown river yet to explore…”
