Having had her children taken off her Ms Spears has now decided to go through with a series of beauty treatments and was pictured last week leaving a clinic in America.

She was also said to have gone to a tanning parlour last week as she looks to give herself an extended pampering experience.

Photographs of the celebrity show her with swollen lips as she drove away from the clinic in an attempt to outrun waiting photographers.

"Brit hoped her new lips would improve her look without being really obvious to anyone," a source told the Daily Mail.

Wassup y’all! Celebrity Lookalike King Dan Gore’s interview in H magazine hits news stands this week. H magazine spent a day with me (Dan Gore) a few weeks ago to see what the lookalike world is all about. They followed me to a photoshoot with my new Lindsay Lohan lookalike and also came to dinner with me at Dolce with several of my top working female impersonators.
