Face Painting Ideas

What is face painting? After all it’s creativity, individuality and no doubt fun. Though it were Halloween, any kind of parties, country fair or sports games – everywhere you can find face painting common sight. I guess that there need be no doubt that Face Painting Ideas is one of the most popular themes many people are looking for to learn the ways of self-expression. I’m sure you can find a lot of excellent free face painting ideas that will make you a smash hit at your next party or event!!

Don’t you know that body painting and face painting of course are being practiced in Indian culture since ancient times? It is a ritual act, which is used during different cultural evens such as festivals, religious events, it’s also an intrinsic part of their rich dance and more. In India people are often seen getting their faces painted even today.

Taking part in World Travel Market (WTM) in London this November, and visiting India travel exposition I could get this fantastic painting on my body – not on the face but only on my hands with traditional natural Indian paints. It is really very beautiful thing that is the exact! Here is you can see the photo of beautiful woman, who is the true master of Indian traditional body painting. Just it’s pity I didn’t ask her name.

New Year Celebrating in Paris

Dont you know that in Paris, as in the rest of France, the New Year, or “St. Sylvestre”, starts January 1st and ends February 1st. French people start wishing each other cheerful Bonne Annees and exchanging bises (small kisses on each cheek) at the stroke of midnight January 1st, and mailboxes are flooded with greeting cards and gifts throughout the month. So don’t be surprised if you hear wishes for the new year throughout January– and feel free to return them:-)

Paris is wonderful place to visit on any occasion but New Years in Paris is a wonderful affair, and the City of Lights is truly one of the special places to be to usher in the New Year!

So where to go? You could spend the better part of a day at The Louvre, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and then enjoy a sumptuous French dinner and still feel like you’ve just touched the tip of the iceberg. New Years in Paris is a wonderful affair, and the City of Lights is truly one of the special places to be to usher in the New Year. Six hours before the Times Square Ball drops in New York City, the Parisians and the Paris visitors will have already celebrated the New Year in grand style. There are plenty of varying ways to celebrate New Years in Paris, whether you are looking to go clubbing, want to enjoy a multi-course dinner or are thinking that a dinner cruise on the Seine river is the ideal way to go.

If you want to be at the center of the New Years Eve Paris party, then you will want to head to the famed Champs-Elysees. The Paris metro is free on New Years Eve until around 12:30 a.m., and if you don’t mind a packed metro car, you could certainly arrive that way. But Paris is such a great walking city that your own two feet might be the best way to go. The Seine lit up at night is a pleasure in and of itself. People generally start to arrive at Champs-Elysees at around 9 p.m., and usually they are armed with champagne bottles and plastic flute glasses. When the clock strikes midnight, you can catch a good view of the Eiffel Tower’s exploding pyrotechnic display. Just be prepared for the fireworks going off around you too. In Paris, it is legal to buy and sell fireworks, and youths throughout the city like to set them off everywhere, sometimes even in the metro stations. Along or near Champs-Elysees, there are a good amount of spots where you can dine or dance for New Years in Paris. You can head closer to the Eiffel Tower if you want to witness its celebratory light display up close, and if you want a less crowded locale to take it all in from, then the plaza at the Sacre Coeur Cathedral is the place to go. The atmosphere is a bit more laid back than at Champs-Elysees, and the views of the Paris skyline are hard to beat.

Watching a cabaret show is another popular way to take in New Years Eve in Paris. At the Lido on Champs-Elysees, you can enjoy dinner and a cabaret show, and the famed Moulin Rouge is a classic place for those wondering where to go on New Years in Paris. Such delicacies as foie gras and lobster are on the dinner menu at the Moulin Rouge, and dancing to the music played by the Moulin Rouge orchestra is surely a treat. The Moulin Rouge cabaret show, much like that at the Lido, is designed specifically around the occasion. If you are really looking to let loose while celebrating New Years Eve in Paris, then clubbing is the way to go. While it may not have the club scene that London offers, it is surely not to be sneezed at.

There are plenty of hip clubs where you can enjoy an unadulterated New Years Eve Paris bash that will last long into the morning. One of the city’s top clubs that will be sure to be lively on New Years Eve is the Nouveau Casino. Large and open, the dance floor here is the main attraction, that is unless you consider the large main bar, which resembles an iceberg. The Wagg is another French club that is a spot worthy of those wondering where to go on New Years Eve in Paris. Its owner is also the owner of club Fabric, which is one of the recommended clubs to visit for New Years in London. Popular with those in their 20′s and 30′s, the Wagg is a place where you can dance and drink the night away, regardless if it’s New Years or not. Other Paris clubs that will be offering slamming New Years Eve Paris bashes are Le Troisieme Lieu, the REX Club and Divan du Monde, to name a few. Regardless of your decision for where to go on New Years in Paris, the experience is sure to be a memorable one. Here’s a champagne toast, wishing you a Bonne Annee!

Dreaming about Tibet Bikung?
No land has captured man’s imagination for its remoteness & almost mystical aura as Tibet, If you are looking for the ways to get on the roof of the world check http://www.uniquetrails.com/ please for Captivated by Tibet’s mystic charm & ruggedness great explorers & adventurers of the century have ventured into this holy land rendered inaccessible by the hostile natural conditions & bandits that waylaid them through the Himalayas.

Tibet houses four out of fourteen highest mountains in the world exceeding 8000m. This vast land is also the cradle of great rivers like the Yangtze, Mekong, Yarlong Tsangpo (Brahmaputra), Indus, and Ganges. Tibet also offers awe-inspiring scenery of heavenly lakes and valleys.

Despite untold ravages brought about during the Cultural Revolution, Tibet’s past grandeur, majesty, magic & mystery still remains undiminished. One can still see nomads herding their yaks, pilgrims worshipping at sacred shrines & the expansive, striking & enduring Himalayan topography. Tibet is truly an `adventurers’ paradise’. Tibet borders with India, Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan and Burma in south and is bounded by Kashmir on the west.

As the most important cities of Tibet, Lhasa, Gyantse and Shigatse feature most of the religious monuments including the Potala, the Jokhang Temple, Tashilunpo Monastery and Kumbum.

You Can Fly

It’s no wonder that people tend to ask each other about the most interesting places they’ve ever been because travel is an absolutely vital and integral part of our lives. Well, what is the most incredible, unforgettable place you have ever been?:-) By the way, I must confess that I find this question is most difficult to answer. I’m sure that for most of us travel is not to go anywhere, but to go, just for travel’s sake and actually this is the greatest affair – to move, wondering and exploring this wonderful world.

And sometimes a travel can be more than just a vacation or a break it can become a way into a different reality. Flying to the Edge of space in famous MiG-31, offered by Russian space adventure tours agency is an absolutely another reality you can try. You have a chance to try yourself in cosmonaut training adventure, getting real skills space vehicles controlling and gaining the most fantastic experience you have ever had.

There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them.

Where Would You Go

It’s interesting if you had the chance to travel anywhere in the world where would you go right now? Perhaps you have dreamt to spend several days in Las Vegas, this madness never sleeping place or to walk through twisting Paris streets breathing in the fragrance of blooming trees and flowers. As the old song says, Paris is at its best in springtime, even if it is sometimes a little wet. Or maybe you would like to find your self in amazing Indian Mysore, also known as city of palaces taking part in Dussehra festival? Or you just would like to spend your holiday in Cuba to discover it yourself as a paradise in sunshine land, enjoying the most exciting salsa dancing holidays and salsa tours available or fishing like Ernest Hemingway did.

Ernest Hemingway who lived in Havana some more than 20 years was a big connoisseur and admirer of fabulous salsa performances just as he was a great fisherman. His house was just 45 minutes to the Gulf Stream and the best fishing he’d ever seen. Fishing was more than sport for him, it was like religion. “You were born to be a fisherman as the fish was born to be a fish”. he wrote. Actually Cuba is the brilliant idea not only for those who want a holiday with lots of fishing but also for their wives who want a holiday in a five star hotel.

Why do we love and want to travel? Perhaps to seek other states, other lives, other souls.
